Financing a vehicle can come with a lot of questions.  We're here to walk you through the process from logging into our website, to making payment arrangements, and getting your title.  We're here to make your financing experience hassle-free!

What if I need to be late on my payment? 

We understand that things come up from time to time.  Please give us a call to make mutually agreeable payment arrangements. Redwood Lending Services reserves the right to approve or decline arrangements at our discretion. Arrangements are approved on a case-by-case bases.  Payment arrangements that are accepted are not considered to be modifications of the original terms of your contract.

 

How do I get a Due Date Change? Is there a fee? 

Please call us to discuss changing your due date. There is no upfront fee for a Due Date Change.  It’s often as easy as signing an acknowledgment form. That being said, interest continues to accrue at your contractual rate and there are guidelines we must review to see if you qualify. 

 

What is a Deferment? Is there a fee? 

A Deferment allows a customer to move one payment to the end of the contract.  There is a $25.00 fee for a deferment.  Additionally, there are specific guidelines for Deferments to be approved. To see if you qualify for Deferment, please contact our office during normal business hours.

What are your office hours?  

Our office hours at 9:00am to 5:00pm PST, Monday-Friday.  We are closed for weekends and all major holidays.  If there is an urgent matter after business hours, please email Info@RedwoodLS.com and we will do our best to get back to you.

Please call us during normal business hours for assistance with logging in. Online access is a privilege and may be suspended at Redwood Lending Services discretion.

Make a Payment

Making your payment to Redwood Lending Services is easy. 

Pay Online: Login to pay using a debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo. You can make a payment instantly or schedule future payments.  There is no fee to pay online.

There is a $2.99 convenience fee charged when paying over the phone or when processing a payment via an email request.

The Nitty-Gritty 

 When will I get my Billing Statement?: Billing Statements are mailed to your address on file two weeks before your due date.  If you haven't been receiving your monthly statements, please contact us. There's the possibility your address on file is not up to date. Please keep in mind, your payment is still due even if you have not received a billing statement.

I recently purchased a vehicle that was financed with you.  When will I get my registration and/or plates?:  It can take up to 90 days for the DMV to process your registration. If it has been more than 90 days since you purchased your vehicle, please contact Redwood Lending Services and the dealership where you purchased your vehicle.  

I've paid off my car. When will I receive my title?:  Redwood Lending Services will notify the DMV to issue a title to you within 30 days of receiving payoff.  It may take the DMV an additional two weeks to issue your new title.  If it has been more than 45 days since you've paid off your loan, please contact Redwood Lending Services. 

What do I need to do if I traded my car in?:  Trading your your vehicle should be a painless process.  You'll need to contact Redwood Lending Services to receive a payoff quote. Please do not use the payoff on your last Billing Statement, as that will have expired already.  Once you've obtained the payoff quote and notified Redwood Lending Services of the trade in, please keep in touch with us and the dealership to ensure your payoff is received timely.  Please keep in mind, you will be responsible for all payments that come due until the payoff is received in full.
